Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Advertising managers plan, direct and evaluate the activities of Bluechip Choice and its departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the business.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.

Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or public relations required.

Strategy manager

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement Bluechip Choice Foreign Study Pvt Ltd, operational and strategic vision to align with business needs, using a solution-based approach, focused on process excellence and customer service.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop several direct reports and their corresponding teams, ensuring high quality of work (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counselling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members).
  • Define and drive the long-term strategy for management and franchisees.
  • Passion for organisation, problem-solving, and time management with the ability to manage all our franchisees.
  • Help the team to define, supervise and share the progress of the shared goals.
  • Tracking market developments and benchmarking best practices to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Evangelise the strategy and support the execution of strategic and annual plans through effective collaboration across teams and divisions.
  • Excellent communicator who is capable of motivating teams, collaborating with diverse groups across a large organisation.
  • Manage relationships with outside international study / immigration vendors as it relates to program strategy, execution, and operations.
  • Oversee the analysis of immigration metrics and present to Talent and Business leadership to drive strategic decision making.
Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling is preferred.
  • Should have good knowledge of overseas education mainly in Canada and the UK.
